Financial eligibility program requirements are 250% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)

The Federal Poverty Level defines the minimum yearly income that a person or family requires for their basic needs. Each year, the FPL is adjusted by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This level dictates a set of guidelines for determining enrollment eligibility for certain federal programs.
